On paper? I'm a technology and operations leader who excels at the intersection of strategy, people, process, and execution.

What does that mean in real words? I have a technology (software development) background, but a lot of my favorite and strongest work has been helping business, technology, and people understand each other and move in the same direction. I love working with people, and I love getting into the middle of a big murky problem and trying to figure out what’s what.

I tend to start by listening, finding the pattern underneath the noise, and figuring out what would actually make things better.
